Tiny House Anneliese, Air Conditioning, E-Bikes, Dogs Welcome

The Anneliese Tiny House was built two years ago on our property in the tranquil village of Oberbettingen. It’s actually not that small—at 35 m², it offers everything you’d find in a “real apartment” to make you feel right at home, even air conditioning ;-) .
In the winter, the wood-burning stove keeps things cozy, but of course, the house is also fully heated.😀
Access is via the property, which the neighbor’s chickens also use for their little outings.
The other neighbor has horses, so it’s all quite idyllic—the perfect place to unwind. :-)
You’ll have a fully equipped cottage at your disposal, complete with a fully stocked kitchen (except for an oven), including vinegar, oil, all kinds of herbs, coffee, a Senseo machine, and more.
It’s practically just like home.

Starlink Wi-Fi up to 300 Mbit, “video on demand” with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Disney+ provide evening entertainment. Or you can sit outside and enjoy the night sky with the Milky Way visible here.

The accommodation
The “tiny house” was built two years ago using wood-frame construction and attached to a permanently jacked-up trailer. It forms the main living area with a dining area and kitchen.

The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower leaves nothing to be desired.
The cozy, white-painted trailer, with its seating/lounging area, serves as both the TV room and the bedroom. This way, one person can watch TV here while the other relaxes with a book in the living area.
By the way, the bed is a comfortable “standard bed” with a slatted frame, 140 cm wide.
We’re happy to provide a guest bed for the living area upon request.

Additional important information
This is our second rental property, in addition to the “Spatzennest” vacation home in Gerolstein, Eifel (dogs welcome). Here, too, guests appreciate the fully equipped facilities and our service.

Dogs are welcome for a one-time flat fee of 10 €

The large bathroom with a walk-in shower also leaves nothing to be desired.
The cozy white caravan, with its seating/lounge area, serves as the TV area and the bedroom. This way, one person can watch TV while the other makes themselves comfortable in the living room with a book.
By the way, the bed is a comfortable “regular bed” with a slatted frame, 140 cm wide.
We’re happy to provide a guest bed for the living area if needed.

Other important information
This is our second rental property, next to the “Ferienhaus ‘Spatzennest’ Eifel Gerolstein—Dogs Welcome.” Here, too, guests appreciate the fully equipped space and our service.

Dogs are very welcome; there’s a one-time flat fee of 20 €.
