Covering an area of approximately 40 m2, this modern Alpine-style holiday apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: a cozy living room/bedroom with a double bed, an inviting seating area with a smart TV, a corner desk, and a light-filled dining area. The stylish bathroom with rain shower and the high-quality kitchen complete your holiday home. On the balcony with hanging chair and seating, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the local mountain Kofel and relax wonderfully.
You can park your car and bicycles in the XL underground garage belonging to the house (the parking area can be locked individually).
The "Alpini" holiday apartment is located in a very quiet area just above the center of Oberammergau. In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the town center with various sights (Passion Play theater and much more), the tourist information office, the train station, and many shopping opportunities. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary enjoyment during your vacation. In addition, Oberammergau and the Ammergau Alps region offer countless opportunities for cultural and sporting leisure activities in every season.
