Charming place. Kitchen (very small) is well appointed with necessary dishware and utensils. The amenities are great. The staff at the office were friendly and helpful. The attached Aces restaurant was outstanding, be prepared to take left overs to your condo.
The rest could use a bit of a glow up. A few stubbed toes on the uneven flooring between the hall/bedroom and the living room and bathroom. The bedroom door to the hall did not close, the door may need shaved or adjusted. The curtains in the bedroom need to be "blackout" type for those that would like to sleep in while on vacation. The curtains in the living room are "blackout" style. The bathroom floors and surrounding molding could use a deep clean. The couches have "butt imprints" and are uncomfortable, did not use the pull out bed function. The queen beds could use a 2" or more topper as they are very firm. Might want to check the electrical outlets, some were not working, (not those controlled by wall switches). According to the literature in the condo, the last update was 2019, might be time for another.
Over all the experience IN the condo was just ok. We would look at others before 309 again. The property in general is vintage, fairly well maintained but will need some help in the near future.
