'The room was clean and spacious. I had a great view of downtown and The Tower of Americas. Every room has a balcony to relax on. It was in a great walking location to most areas with plenty of nice restaurants around. The pool was heaven and the food and drinks at Anaqua bar were so good! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel. '

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'Room was fully stocked & clean. Beds were ok...not too firm or soft..I slept fine which is hard to do when I'm not at home. Reception area was clean & quiet. Breakfast was decent for standard free breakfasts & was a clean area. I didnt use the pool but it was crystal clear.
AF base was an easy drive & about 15 mins away.
THE STAFF- they were the best part. They were the nicest ever, responsive & so helpful. Would definitely stay there again if in SA.'
