« Good morning, our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted. When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. « This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours for them to “clean a room” for us after they tried to turn us away saying they didn’t have a room for us, despite having booked and paid for it 2 weeks prior. Imagine my surprise when we finally get into the room and it is filthy. Half of the pillows had no cases, we had no shower curtain, one of the stove burners was almost totally pulled off, there were visible crumbs on the floor, hair and a dental cheek...

« New hotel with large rooms - environmentally conscious. Comfortable bed, good lighting options in room. Clean, great kitchenette with utensils and serving dishes. Staff was friendly & helpful. « Property in a good location, and it is relatively new. Only real down side was the fact that there were piles of dirty towels and linens in the halls. We thought someone would eventually pick them up, but no one did after several hours. Around 7 pm, we pointed this out to the front desk. The attitude was really shocking. « As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff.
