Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath home on quiet residential street offers a Queen bed in master bedroom, bedroom two (middle)has a queen &(street side)bedroom 3 has 2 singles. Expanded cable, wireless internet, & full size washer and dryer. Relax with a book on the wonderful fully furnished screened porch. Short walk to the beach, outside shower for rinsing off, and centrally located to the shops and restaurants on the island. Nice open air kitchen and plenty of room for family activities. Save your money for parasailing, golf at the country club, or charter fishing by reserving your vacation home at Catch 22.

The house is perfect size for our group of 6. Good location. It was clean and we loved the porch. We did have to go buy pretty much all essentials including hand soap, salt and pepper, etc. Only got 1 towel per person for the week and no laundry pod to wash towels. It was a nice house overall.

Nice property but many things not included

The house is lovely, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. It is definitely a drive to the beach and parking is not cheap. Based on many past VBRO stays, there were some unexpected annoyances. It took several days to get a response from the property mgt people about the availability of beach chairs, umbrella, etc (there are none) and by then we were traveling. We were warned in a few days in advance (but not on booking) to bring paper products and soaps. I've never had to bring my own toilet paper, paper towels and soap (hand, bath, laundry, dish, dishwasher). The housekeeping company left a roll each of toilet paper & paper towels plus one tablet of dishwasher soap. I understand not providing an infinite supply of these things but a roll of TP in each bathroom doesn't seem like too much to ask. This lack of supplies would be problematic if you were flying in and not driving from someone's home. We were also suprised that we had to make our own beds on arrival. Again, that's never happened to me before.

Nice Place

This was a nice and clean property. We were with family and thankful for the convenience of it's location since other family members were on the street behind us. We did have to drive to the beach and parking is a pain ~ there's no way to "walk" to the beach if you're carrying chairs and coolers. I will let others know the property does have chairs and bikes available which we were told that wasn't an option so we brought our own which was very inconvenient due to limited space in our vehicle. But overall the house was nice. Also, they do not leave instructions on check-out at property (hard copy on refrigerator has always been available at other properties).This would be helpful since I do not check emails on vacation! Thank you

The picture attached to this review is incorrect. We stayed at Catch 22. While the house was quite nice and recently upgraded the listing said it was close to the beach and it really was not because you had to go to 40th for beach access. Maybe we thought we could walk to the beach when actually we had to drive. Higher quality linen would be nice, something better than Walmart grade. More than one set of linen would be good too. We were a little surprised that we had to make the beds and then the housekeepers left an envelope for a tip. I would have left a larger tip if the beds had been made. The description said to bring all household items which I did and then many items were already available. Generally … a more accurate description of what to expect would be helpful.

Nice clean property in quiet neighborhood. Not walking distance to beach for us. We drove, and pay to park is alittle steep for daily trips to the beach. We enjoyed our trip nonetheless 😊

Excellent getaway

This property had all the basics (except a dustpan and large frying pan). The furniture was elegant but not overdone and the shed contained a bicycle, beach chairs and some other items. It was a well-appointed rental with the perfect layout for our family.

Hikers getaway

House was nice and clean, but is not a short walk to the beach, with our kids and gear this would have been at least 15 min hike if the walking bridge is open, which due to the recent hurricane it was not, so it became a 30 min walk. We also received tell marketing calls on the house phone the whole week we were there at all hours of the day. Power outages are unavoidable but we were with out power a whole night of our stay which made for a hot miserable night with some backup alarm beeping all night Long. The cable and internet were out. The house was very nice just not what was described.

Catch 22 is a catch!

The home was well maintained. You can tell the property owners take pride in their home. It was nicely decorated, & comfortable. The home was welcoming & felt "homey". We spent a fair amount of time on the screened porch. It was awesome. The location of the home was only a short distance to the grocery store & a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet & restful. We were fortunate to find a nice place such as this 2 weeks before our trip. I would highly recommend "Catch 22".

The house was beautiful! Everything was clean and perfect. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that the Fridge runs constantly never shuts down.

Nice home!

I had 4 teenage boys and my daughter (18) and this house was perfect. The only thing I would say is that it is not walking distance to the beach so I spent many days driving back in forth. All in all though it was spacious and clean, had everything we needed. The ONLY reason I would not go back is that fact it isn't on the beach (it is on 28th I believe and you have to drive down to at least 40th and turn around to get there so it's not too far at all if you don't mind driving).
