'While checking in at the executive lounge, we had wonderful assistance from Charlie, who is very enthusiastic and patient in taking care of customer's needs. Furthermore, Lynn has been very helpful in taking care of our needs and welcoming. Overall this has been a great trip and led to a happy stay for us. The hotel has been kept in a good condition in general and room was wonderful. A small recommendation is to ensure bedsheet/ blanket care . Great experience overall'

'地點方便，離上沙站約10分鐘，房間有提供咖啡飲料餅乾，早餐是外包的餐廳略為普通，但是景色不錯。有一位服務人員張小娜，提供的服務特別好，反應了一下房間的枕頭太軟，立刻提供方案幫我們更換枕頭，打掃的很乾淨床鋪得很舒服，符合了住戶的需求，印象很好。櫃檯人員也都能夠提供即時的幫助，態度也很親切，整體感受都不錯。'

'Stayed in the two bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Apartment is big with two bathrooms. Many eateries nearby. There is also a manicure shop and spas/massages nearby. For shopping, Cocopark is about 15-20mins walk. '

'The location is brilliant.. 5 minutes walk to the underground station, from which you can go to all around Shenzhen. The hotel is so beautiful, specious, clean and the staff are lovely. The room is, quite, sparkling clean with comfy massive bed and all teas & coffee and high quality toiletries. It's really value for money.'
