Cozy holiday home by beautiful beach and forest

Welcome to this charming holiday home in Nykøbing Sjælland. This cozy holiday home is perfect for a family or a group of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the beautiful area around Nykøbing Zealand. The house has 2 rooms and can accommodate up to 3 people. There is 1 bathroom in the house. The beds are divided into 2 single beds in one room, a single bed in the other room and a single bed in the living room.



The house is furnished in a retro style: Cozy living room with a small wood-burning stove and access to a covered terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the peace of nature, even when it rains. From the small kitchen there is access to the living room and dining room, separated by French doors. Toilet and shower are in 2 different rooms. Behind the house there is a small lawn surrounded by trees and bushes, so completely private and on the terrace you can relax in the garden furniture, fire up the barbecue and simply enjoy the summer evenings in quiet surroundings.



ATTENTION:

- Towels and linen must the tenant bring to the hause!

- Firewood or briquettes for the stove must be purchased, what can be found on the plot is for private use. (available in many supermarkets or at the tank a few minutes away)

- Smoking not allowed inside.



Nykøbing Sjælland is known for its fantastic beaches, and this holiday home is only approx. 1 kilometer from the beach. There are also plenty of activities in the area, including cycling, hiking and visits to local attractions such as Dragsholm Castle, Sommerland Sjælland and Odsherred Zoo. If you are into water sports, there are good opportunities for surfing, sailing and fishing along the coast.
