This beautiful, small and typical Dalmatian villa is located in the picturesque village of Pridraga near the city of Zadar and the Novigradsko More. The villa is in a great location from which you can visit the city of Zadar and numerous beautiful beaches.

The 75 m² living space of the villa extends over the entire ground floor. The holiday home can accommodate up to five people. You have two bedrooms (double bed room and a double room with extra bed), a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning (living/dining area), satellite TV, wireless internet, dishwasher and washing machine.

The entire property is surrounded by a wall and offers privacy. Outside you will find a furnished terrace, lounge area, barbecue facilities and of course the large swimming pool with sun loungers. In the inner courtyard there is a swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

Parking for your car is on the property.

The surrounding area is a nature lover's dream as there are four national parks nearby. Swim while being surrounded by magnificent waterfalls in Krka National Park, test your limits by climbing the river canyon in Paklenica National Park, visit the nautical paradise of Kornati National Park or take a walk in the most famous Croatian National Park Plitvice Lakes. Visit the historic towns of Nin (43 km), Zadar (38 km) and Šibenik (62 km) or the beautiful Caribbean-like Sakarun beach on Dugi Otok and the 8,000 m long sandy Queen's Beach.
