The ground floor of the house comprises a living room, dining room and kitchen. The air conditioned living room is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Here you will be greeted by a very pleasant atmosphere, created by the combination of neutral colours and wooden decorative elements, and the large corner sofa adds to the comfort. The fireplace adds a touch of tradition to the room. There is a wooden dining table for 6, and in the kitchen you will be delighted by the balance between modern equipment and traditional decorative details. The spacious breakfast bar is another place to enjoy breakfast or morning coffee together.



Subtle rustic charm welcomes you to all 3 bedrooms - 1 located on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor of the house. All rooms have double beds and the downstairs room has an en-suite bathroom. For maximum comfort, both upstairs rooms have a TV and access to a sunny balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a drink at the end of the day. Light colours and a relaxing atmosphere dominate the two bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. They are equipped with hairdryers and toiletries.



The 700 m² courtyard is surrounded by greenery - the lawn is decorated with Mediterranean shrubs and olive trees, and in various corners you'll find stone benches and places to rest under the shade of the trees. In the centre of the Mediterranean garden is a 32 m² swimming pool with hydromassage jets, surrounded by a stone sunbathing area with deckchairs. Next to the pool, you can use the outdoor shower and, after a relaxing day, you can prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue. You can enjoy it on a covered terrace with a dining table, overlooking the tranquil surroundings. Inside the fenced property you will find parking for 2 cars, suitable for sports cars with low chassis.

Explore the many bays and beaches of Novigrad and the rest of the western coast of the peninsula, then take a stroll through the town centre.
