In the heart of the historic part of the city,in the pedestrian zone,the oldest and most beautiful street of Novi Sad is our royal apt Singer Residences.You will be gest in the place where Josif Singer lived in the XIX century among the first photographers of Novi Sad.In a luxury,ultra modern and stylish decorated residence of 85 sq m with private terrace that offers the most beautiful view of the street and the Danube Park.In the center of all events,only 7 min from the Petrovaradin Fortress.

The space:
This completely renovated, unique place is the right place for you. In the immediate vacinity of the residence you will find everything you need- restaurants, coffee shops, museums, theatre, galleries, medical care, supermarkets, a market, park, etc. The residence itself is a big apartment with plenty of natural sunlight and 3 m high ceilings. You can self check in or the host can meet you.
There are two bedrooms with queen beds (a crib and sofa are also included) and clean bed sheets.
Every room has its own plasma TV with cable TV.
There are two bathrooms with the newest equipment, clean towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner and hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, microwave, juicer, cutlery, washing and dryer machine and a professional espresso machine for the first wonderful espresso or cappuccino in the morning. There is also Dolce Gusto for Nescafe lovers.
Dining room
The living room (with a stairway leading to the bedroom) is the star of the residence. It boasts luxury furniture, UHD 4k plasma TV with Netflix and HBO which are free of charge. The balcony door takes you to the balcony with an amazing view.
On-street parking is near but it is fee-payable.
Should you need any help, we will be available to you during your stay. We expect our guests to feel very comfortable. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
