Welcome to our cozy apartment 49 sq m in the historic center of Novi Sad located at a corner of Marka Miljanova and Kosovska street.

The building is located just 400 m away from the central pedestrian zone of Novi Sad. Five minutes by foot- and you're at the main square Trg Sloboda, in Dunav park or at the embankment of Danube river, there is just twenty minutes walk to Petrovaradin fortress. Practically around the corner three of the top five restaurants of the city plus numerous outdoor cafes, currency exchange offices, sales offices of all mobile operators and two supermarkets IDEA.

From the railway station and bus station to the apartment is 20 minutes walk (5 minutes by car), from Belgrade airport - 50 minutes drive.

The total area of our one-bedroom air-conditioned apartments is 43 sq. m, you'll find there:

1. A large living room with a dining area.

2. A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils.

3. A bedroom with a double bed.

4. A nice bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine.

5. A balcony.


ACCOMMODATION

Ideal for accommodation of 2-4 guests.

The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a double bed measuring 160x200.

The couch in the living room can be transformed into a full double bed 160x200 if necessary.

We provide you with linens and towels.


CAPABILITIES

The kitchen is in the dining area of the great room. The kitchen features a fridge, glass-ceramic hob, microwave and kettle.
There are all necessary kitchen utensils to prepare a quick breakfast and a hearty lunch for 4 people.

Guests can dine at the large table in the room or at a table on the inviting terrace.

You will have access to free unlimited internet access (Wi-Fi) and cable TV.

At the disposal of guests are a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron.

There is a public parking in front of the building which you can use for free.

We offer a private transfer from the airport or the airport (50 euros for up to 4 people).

Check-in time is from 14:00 till 21:00. Late check-in is from 21:00 till 24:00 and costs extra 10 eur.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment and its balcony. There are free parking around the building
