With three comfortable double bedrooms, all with Freeview, plus a double sofa bed in the living room the house is ideal for families and groups of friends. With Wifi, free parking on the premises and an outside dining area perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine!

This comfortable spacious house is well equipped for a relaxing stay and convenient for all Nottingham’s attractions and restaurants from all over the world.

The spacious living/dining room has ample seating which conceals a double sofa bed plus a smart TV with Freeview – a great space for kicking back and relaxing. The stylish dining area is next to the well-equipped kitchen which has generous workspace, a microwave and toaster.

The classic master bedroom and two additional bedrooms all have double beds, Freeview TV and generous storage and there’s a well-fitted upstairs bathroom with a shower cabinet and a second toilet with a washbasin.

Gardens back and front include a dining area plus extra seating – perfect for enjoying the sun with a glass of wine!
