'GWに2泊しましたが、駅からも近く便利で滞在しやすかったです。事前予約してフロントでのチェックイン/アウトは機械操作で完了出来てスムーズです。 シングルルームに2名での宿泊でしたが覚悟はしていたものの、狭く感じました。 大浴場は混雑していて浴場内で洗い場が空くのを順番待ちする形になりましたが、それを除けば温泉ということもあり泉質はとても良かったです。アメニティはDHCのもので個人的に使用感が好みでした。 フロントにはスタッフが1名しか見当たらず、繁忙期だけでも2名体制でしたらチェックイン/アウト等の回転も良かったのではと思いました。 総合的には良かったので、また機会があれば利用したいと思いました。'

'We used this hotel as a couple. Rooms are fine; we stayed on 15th floor, and rooms on floor 13-14-15 seem to be bigger than the lower floors. We did not use the breakfast buffet, since there are plenty of breakfast places around, both local ones as international ones. Can recommend this hotel to others.'

'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. 'This was our first time in a Ryokan! And we loved it!! We enjoyed wearing the Kimonos provided and having a multi course dinner! They were also able to provide vegetarian options for dinner as well.
