This three-bedroom apartment is part of a privately owned resort spread across 300 acres of Norfolk countryside, with views over one of two 18-hole championship golf courses. Made for families and groups of friends, the setting puts countryside relaxation and Norfolk's wider attractions within reach. Norwich, home to a Norman cathedral with its soaring spire, the cobbled Tudor and Georgian frontages of Elm Hill, and a vibrant maze of independent lanes and markets, makes for a full day out. The Norfolk Broads, with 124 miles of navigable waterways, offer boat trips, wildlife spotting, and quiet riverside walks. Along the North Norfolk coast, Cromer is known for its Victorian pier and cliff-top trails, while Wells-next-the-Sea pairs a working harbour with wide sandy beaches backed by pine woods. Blakeney Point draws visitors to its dramatic shingle spit and resident seal colonies.

The living room is generously sized and organised around a large corner sofa and a two-seater sofa, with a dining table for eight at one end, bringing the whole group together at mealtimes. The kitchen leads directly off the living area and is well set up for self-catered cooking, with plenty of worktop space to prepare meals. Beyond the kitchen, the double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, fitted with a shower and WC, and patio doors from this room open directly onto the terrace outside. Two further twin bedrooms sit on the other side of the apartment, each sized comfortably for two with room to move around and space to unpack. A separate family bathroom serves these two bedrooms, fitted with a bath, a shower over the bath, and a WC. The layout keeps the sleeping quarters and the main living space neatly divided. Back in the living room, a door leads out onto a balcony with views stretching across the golf course and the resort grounds.

A private patio off the double bedroom is furnished with a table and chairs, and the balcony off the living room provides a second outdoor spot overlooking the golf course. The resort grounds include two championship golf courses, a heated pool, a gym, tennis and squash courts, table tennis, and a spa with treatment rooms, all shared with other resort guests.
