Set in the peaceful village of Hainford, you benefit from being in a central Norfolk location and well placed to visit many of Norfolk’s popular destinations. Head to Wroxham (8 miles) with shops, restaurants, pubs and boat hire for exploring the picturesque waterways and nature reserves or stopping for lunch at one of the many riverside pubs. The traditional seaside resorts of Cromer (17 miles) and Sheringham (21 miles) can be reached with ease. There are fine sandy beaches to enjoy at Winterton-on-Sea (21 miles) and Sea Palling (17 miles) where you can see the seal pups. Upon returning, why not enjoy walks through the owner’s grounds, make friends with the sheep and enjoy tea in the summer house overlooking the pond?

As you enter this cosy bungalow, you arrive in a small entrance hall. To the right leads to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and you immediately get a welcoming feeling. Heading into the lounge, you have everything you will need to relax and unwind with a comfortable sofa, which surrounds an electric feature fire and a TV/DVD player so you can catch up on your favourite show or enjoy a movie. The kitchen area has an oven and hob, a fridge with an ice compartment and a microwave which will help you prepare a meal. When dinner is ready, head over to the window side dining table and enjoy dinner with a view. If you head back to the front of the property, you have the double bedroom which has plenty of space to store clothes and personal belongings and is next to the bathroom with its shower over the bath and WC.

When it’s time to head outside, you’ll be able to laze on the lawn or relax on the patio seating. Take a wander down to the summer house and stroll around the owner’s grounds where you can stop and say hello to the sheep that graze on the land. Please note that this is a shared garden. There is private off-road parking for up to two cars.
