« Great stay but the key recovery process is disappointing, we had to queue and several customers had to call the support centre to get their keys. The email sent before checking in contains too much irrelevant information and should be sharper with room number, code, wifi password and support number, this is it. The neighbour is fantastic and the house is well kept, clean and modern. »
