'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'Ik werd warm ontvangen toen ik 's avonds aankwam. De kok was al naar huis maar toch werd aangeboden dat ze hem belden om iets voor me klaar te komen maken. Ik heb geen gebruik gemaakt van het aanbod maar het laat wel de hoge servicegraad zien. De kamer was netjes, er was een waterkoker met thee/koffie en het bed lag heerlijk. het is een hotel dat een zeer persoonlijke benadering heeft. Top!'

He was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent service, accommodating my request and even allowing me to choose my preferred room. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest. 'Came here for a wedding. Lovely statley home venue in the middle of a massive sports training campus. Every single member of staff I met was fantastic - they were so happy and really make this place. The grounds are well kept and gym was well equipped. Amazing breakfast too, in amoung all the sports teams training here.'
