'There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. All of the rooms smell horrendous. My family and I walked into the hotel there was a huge fan on and no air conditioning. We got into the room there were spider webs at the top of the ceiling. The bed sheets and pillow case had red spots (blood) even the towel. 'Upon check in, I was given a room with a malfunctioning AC, I spoke with the gentleman at the desk and recieved a new room without issue after his attempt to fix the unit didn't work and resetting the unit a few more times myself didn't get it to stay on. Overall, It's what you'd expect of a Days Inn near Akron.
Good enough for a night or two, property in relatively good shape but definitely still has the same characters and abandoned vehicles you'd find at any other urban days inn.

'This place was just okay. They tried to do an update on an old motel and it’s just kind of didn’t go well. The carpet is old and the rooms smell really musty. The paint and caulking etc was done halfway with rust and chipping all showing through. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak to that. The bar/restaurant wasn’t opened. There’s not much of anything close by. The outside was decently kept. No elevator so you must lug your stuff up the stairs and you can hear everything regarding other...

'Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom.
Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!'

'Check in was good, pleasant staff. A/C was nice and cold, and the room was clean. Hotel rooms are definitely dated and furniture was really showing its age! There is only 1 ice machine in the hotel and it was broken. Beds were nice and comfortable and the breakfast was good.'

'The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now.'

'I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me.
There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean.'
