Great location with beautiful views. The house was nice, in a summer cottage-ey way, a little used and dog-eared but clean and servicable. The property was relaxing and peaceful, located on a beautiful orchard with magnificent sunset views, but only a short drive to Northport. Dinner on the deck every night. We had a fabulous family vacation!

The magnificent views did not disappoint. It is a beautiful overlook of Lake Michigan. The beds are comfy, there is lots of room and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. There is lots of dining space inside and out. The cleaning fee is quite high, but I knew that prior to signing up.

The house was lovely and very well stocked. Most VRBOs don't offer shampoo or and have only one dishwasher pod but this one had plenty of everything. The views were great and it was very peaceful. We enjoyed the Cherry Festival in Traverse City and visited the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. Would stay here again.

Family Vacation
Great place for large family to hang out! Beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Communication was easy. The deck was a bit worn down as was the grill, but wouldn’t stop us from going back in the future. We had a rainy day and the kitchen and kitchen table accommodated 10 around it for game night. Would recommend this location to others.

Large and functional place that can easily accommodate 10 people. Lovely location and views. House could use some updating and a better cleaner though. Lot’s of live and dead fruit flies, like 1000s of them… a hit and run cleaning job as well.

Beautiful view of lake Michigan from the back deck and backyard. Host responded quickly when the AC was not working and had a repairman out the next day. Very peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Family reunion with sunsets
We enjoyed our stay but there could be some improvements to the interior. It’s a bit out of date and could use some repairs. The wi-fi is bad along with the tv. But we came there to be with family and ignore the outside world, which we were able to do from the wonderful deck.
