« Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great! »

« The pool was outstanding plus the hot tubs. There are so many activities to do outside. The kids stayed very busy. Room was super clean and everything you needed. Everyone was polite. I had an accident at breakfast with the pancake waffle maker. The lady from the front desk came and helped me. She was amazing. She did not make me feel badly at all told me to sit down and enjoy my breakfast and she even bought me a fresh waffle I wish I had gotten her name. I know she was from the front desk, but...

« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. Thank you La Quinta, you become a reference. »

« Beds and linens were clean, however, the entire hotel needs a facelift. My husband found a huge spider in the bathroom right when we checked in. Beds were super firm. Staff was super friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. You get what you pay for and overall it did the job for a quick overnight stay on our way to Myrtle Beach from Ontario Canada. »
