'We love this hotel! We have stayed there three times now. It is right on the beach, and within walking distance to many great restaurants. The beach itself can be a bit dirty, especially during/after a holiday weekend, but it is still a nice spot. The fireplace is a great touch, and the beds are comfortable. 'Great hotel. A bit outside of walking distance from downtown Boston but lovely place to stay'

'The rooms were clean. They were maintained okay. There was no fan in the bathroom which was inconvenient. The staff was grumpy and mildly helpful. The breakfast was good. The pool was only 3.5 feet so my teens really couldn’t swim and it seemed pointless. The gym was under whelming. The location is not great. Lots of homeless in the area so hard to walk anywhere. Hospital less that a mile away so all night you hear sirens and ambulances. They did provide ear plugs. Lol'

Rooms spacious with good beds, solid airco and large bathroom. No noise from outside but inside is less soundproof. Uber to Boston common was 10-15 mins.'
