  • Je verdient wat tijd weg, rust en ontspanning, het geluid van de golven, de geur van de oceaan. Laten we ons stukje paradijs met u delen. Onze prachtige Oceanfront Studio Suite, op 3 hectare prachtig landgoed aan het water bij Inn of the Sea Resort. Onze open studio-suite biedt een woonruimte van 450 vierkante meter met een comfortabel queensize bed, een volledig 4-delig bad, een galerij-achtige kitchenette met een ontbijt / eetbar met barkrukken, een eigen balkon met uitzicht op het water en een eigen wasserette . De oceaan en het strand liggen op slechts 20 stappen verwijderd van ons appartement. Onze studiosuite wordt aangeboden voor maximaal 2 personen.

    Absoluut paradijs is een manier om Inn of the Sea te beschrijven. Kom alsjeblieft en geniet van deze prachtige plek. Wij zijn gelegen op 15 minuten ten zuiden van Nanaimo. Onze particuliere condo, omringd door hoge ceder bomen, heeft uitzicht op de Gulf Islands en het Stuart Channel.

    U zult genieten van een panoramisch uitzicht vanaf ons grote verwarmde zwembad en hot tub aan de oceaan. Het eigen aanlegsteiger biedt aanlegplaatsen voor boten en is ideaal voor krabben en vissen. De accommodatie heeft een speeltuin voor de kinderen, een vuurplaats aan het strand, verschillende bar-b-que patio's, een eigen tennisbaan en veel groen.

    Inn of the Sea is het hele jaar door een ideale vakantiebestemming. Het is erg populair bij gezinnen in de zomer en als een afgelegen toevluchtsoord in de winter. Met het milde klimaat van de eilanden is het een perfecte plek om weg te komen. Inn of the Sea biedt recreatie aan zee, vredige ontspanning, natuurlijke schoonheid en rust. Het resort is prachtig aangelegd met rozentuinen en weelderig groen. Tijdens je verblijf kun je speelse Otters en zeehonden, kolibries, grote blauwe reigers, Bald Eagles en misschien zelfs Orka's door het kanaal zien zwemmen. U kunt tijd besteden aan strandjutten, zeesterren, kajakken, vissen en krabben, of gewoon luieren rond het verwarmde zwembad en de hot tub.
    Wij zijn gelegen op 15 minuten ten zuiden van Nanaimo, 70 minuten naar Victoria en 10 minuten van de stad Ladysmith.
    BC Ferries, Duke Point terminal en Nanaimo Regional Airport liggen op slechts tien minuten afstand.

Really awesome little condo. Only downsides were there is no AC so we were really warm in the evenings, and there is next to zero cell reception in the area which makes coordinating with other people challenging.

Overall it was close to what we were anticipated, there is no air conditioning and with the very warm weather a couple of nights were uncomfortable for sleeping. The grounds were very nice and the pool and hot tub were clean. The view was exceptional.

Nice peaceful place to stay at, the pool was really warm and the hot tub, nice and hot and the views were amazing. A great place to head out from to explore the island.

Beautiful ocean view

We enjoyed the property and the outdoor space. There is an area to have a fire and also outdoor hot tub and pool with spectacular view. The owner was excellent to communicate with and check in super simple. I highly recommend this property.

Not exactly the romantic getaway and more so a very kid friendly spot. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the constant dogs barking, loud banging from upstairs units and kids yelling everywhere on the property including screaming/jumping in the pool, using floaties in the hot tub and at one point jumping on our standup paddle boards at the marina. Communication with the host and easy check in.

Excellent location

The studio suite is well equipped with everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised to find 2 mini fridges as we only expected one. The bed was comfortable and a floor fan was provided to help with the heat. The kitchen although small, provided everything we needed and had coffee and sugar stocked. The balcony provides a lovely view of the sunrise and the pool area and pickle ball court were excellent. For 2 people, we found this unit and location to be exactly what we needed. Tammy was prompt to respond to my inquiries prior to arrival and I had no need to reach out while we were at the property for a week as everything was as promised.

Pride in Ownership

We arrived to our three day stay to a very clean and comfortable condo. Perfect size for just the two of us, the condo's kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed many meals on the balcony. The attention to detail and pride of ownership was apparent. From the peppermint shampoo to the detailed information about local food and activities, the owners of this condo thought of everything. The amenities were great including a well-maintained pool and hot tub, tennis courts and beautiful gardens to walk through. The view of the ocean was stunning and only a quick walk to a couple provincial parks in both directions. A must stay if you want a quiet and peaceful place to call home. I didn't want to leave!

Disappointing

Quiet time was stated as 10 pm first night was woken up at 230 am with kids screaming outside. All the chairs at the pool were taken up by kids. Only two towels for five night stay. Had kids running back and forth above us. This should not be advertised as a romantic getaway. Also saw dogs pooping on the lawn and the owner didn’t pick it up.

Absolute paradise

What an absolute beautiful location. Everything you could possible need to either stay busy or relax depending on what you’re looking for. Or both of course. It’s not as quiet as I was thinking it would be. Lots of families also enjoying their vacations. But if you know what to expect it’s perfect. I have already started to talk to my teenage/young adult kids about making this our annual vacation destination next summer. Tammy was so responsive with any questions we had and hand delivered a pillow when the one provided wasn’t quite right for my bf. We had just what we needed to cook for ourselves all week and the beautiful thick beach towels were a nice touch for the pool days. I would recommend this location and condo without hesitation. 😊

Great place, amazing views, good price!

Listing matched what it says, the views are breathtaking! We saw orcas and seals. Internet/tv is great, rooms are clean and has good amenities, close to town and stores. Tammy was very responsive and helpful! Only issue for us was that the bed was a bit too soft for us, but we made it work. 5/5 would stay again!

I’d go back!

The condo we had at Inn of the Sea was really lovely…well equipped, clean, tastefully decorated and the location is great. It was very quiet, even though there were kids around. The beds are really comfy too! We enjoyed looking out over the ocean while in the pool and hot tub. All in all a great getaway.

The condo and property were beautiful. Spa tub and pool lovely. Very clean property. Kids upstairs from us. Toddler ran from one end to the other every night between 7 and 9 or 10. We were gone most of the time but when we got home the was alot of loud running and yelling. Back and forth. Back and forth. Absolutely annoying. Besides that everyone was friendly and I would recommend to anyone.
