This 3rd floor, top floor 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath Oceanside condo was fully

remodeled in 2025, even down to the baseboards. Features include sky light in

the dining area, fully equipped kitchen, DW, washer/dryer, WiFi, 2 screened

porches & 1 Balcony. Master bedroom: 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom: 1 "bunk" bed

with 3 twins stacked and 1 loft twin for a total of 4 twins, 3rd bedroom has a

queen bed. Weight limits for top bunks are 200 pounds. Weight limits for

middle bunks are 250 pounds. 4 flat screen TV's. Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club

Resort is conveniently located just off Main Street on Ocean Blvd in the heart

of it all in North Myrtle Beach! Some of the spectacular on-site amenities

includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 kiddie pools, 2 grill areas, one set of pools

oceanfront & the other set across the street. A gorgeous oceanfront pergola

sundeck & lighted tennis courts. This 3-story retreat has elevators for easy

access to your floor & parking under building. This 3rd floor, top floor 3

Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club. We rent strictly to families and mature persons

over the age of 25. Property Manager, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college

age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are

NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be

denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and

reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly

Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. No Smoking

allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats,

Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.
