Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit has 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 Fulls in the 3rd bedroom, sleeping 8 people.

This spacious condo has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. There is an excellent ocean view from this 7th floor balcony. All bedrooms and living room have a flat screen TV. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, oven and refrigerator. There is also a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as free Wi-Fi.

For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddy pool. For those adults that like working out there is a glass enclosed exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. This property is NOT motorcycle friendly!!

great stay quiet neighborhood

overall it was a great stay. Nice location to the beach and it fit all our needs. The dishwasher and the sink was clogged when we checked in and it didn't get fixed till 2 days after we arrived. we like that its nearby a mini mart and a souvenir shop.

Overall the unit was nice. We had plenty of room, but the cleanliness needed a lot of improvement. When we got there the cleaning staff was still there cleaning and checking was at 4pm and we arrived at 5:30pm. Refrigerator was left dirty, floors were left dirty, balcony was left with dirt and rust and broken glass on the floor.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo!

I was a little nervous as this was the first time I had ever actually booked a place myself for my family. The process could not have been any smoother. The staff at NBR was super accommodating to our needs. The condo at Malibu Pointe was beautiful and very clean, just as the pictures demonstrated. I would absolutely book again!

Great 3br/3ba Condo with Ocean View

Condo is very clean, well maintained, large rooms and large baths. Location is ideal on Crescent Beach. My 3rd condo rental in MB, and by far the best. Sunday check-in was flawless, early morning checkout was a breeze.

The property was as advertised with an angled view of the ocean. The facility had pools for the kids which was great. The employees of the condo were very friendly. The agency we rented through made the process extremely easy and seamless. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen had adequate dishes, pots and pans. My only disappointment was the floors and furniture should be cleaned better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

What a great unit for golfers!

This unit was super nice!…four beds for the four of us…. Nice to have 2 king beds and not queens…. All golf is a drive of about 25 min…. Great big tv…. AC was very cold… we slept well.

Fine place for the price

This place was a superb place to stay for the price. Location was great and the view was amazing. Everything was perfect for a small family vacation. The location was great, very private. The pool and hot tub were working the whole time we were there. And the jet tub in the bathroom filled all the way with hot water! Most places run out of hot water before the tub is full. Everything worked well and was as expected. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome place for family.

This place was awesome. Very clean! So convenient to get to the beach..... just grabbed our chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys walked across the road and was at the beach!!! We loved it!!
