A few important details to ensure a smooth stay:
** Damage Waiver **
A non-refundable $35 damage protection fee is required within one hour of booking. This covers accidental damages up to $1,000 and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit.

** Location **
The condo is located in Tower C, providing more peaceful, elevated views away from the main pool noise.

** Linens & Towels **
We provide all bed linens and a set of bath towels. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. A mid-stay linen exchange is available for a small fee.

** Starter Supplies **
To get you started, we provide a starter kit of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

** Beach Gear **
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided but are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.

** Extended Stays **
This condo is perfect for both short getaways and extended vacations. Discounts may be available for weekly or monthly bookings.

** Recreational Vehicles **
Per resort policy Motorcycles, Trailers, and RV`s are not permitted on the resort premises.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $45 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
