'When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. 'Staff was very friendly from the check in desk, security, maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast staff. The whole staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with all our questions and request. We would absolutely stay at M Stay Hotel again on our next visit!!!'

'My room was very clean. Several amenities like refrigerator, Microwave, and hot pot. The staff is very responsive and kind. Airconditioning is very good for us foreigners and it is close to food options and Walking street if thats your thing. It's a small place without a pool but makes up for it by being a safe place to stay.'
