Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. Itâs a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. »

Its not a hotel, its an apartment, which means no room service or no having the rooms made up, however there is a kitchen, there is a laundry, there is a pool. And its huge with a nice balcony, much prefer to stay in an appartment. »
