« Breakfast was decent and always stocked. The room was clean an beds comfortable it the TV remote didn’t work right, the phone wasn’t working and the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print. When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends...

« Pros: Room was clean, and a lot of space for the room. Con: The lady who checked me in didn’t fully check me in but gave my room key to me. Had to go down to front desk & check in the next morning and signed what I needed too. Got home & found out they charged my card twice due to THEIR mistake and have to wait and see if the manager can get my money back. »

« attempted to check in early but no rooms were ready. I checked in after 3pm, when I was in my room putting stuff up a staff member attempted to come into my room with their key card. He said he was supervisor doing room check. I don’t care who you are you should be coming into someone’s room after they checked in to see if it’s clean. It freaked me out. Unacceptable! »

« GREAT SPACE IN THE SUITES! WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN. Lobby needs a little sprucing up for sure! »

« The room was dirty and smelled bad. I asked for a different room and was kindly taken to a new one. It smelled better but wasn’t that clean. The breakfast was terrible with hard rock biscuits and day or two old hasbrown/egg mixture. There is also strange transactions on my visa that I have to call and clear up. This place is not recommended. »

« I really want to call the police and press charges on the maintenance man I have never been so disrespected in my life!! He’s a 6ft man yelling at a 5’4 woman is unacceptable!!! »
