'Better than expected. First time hearing of and staying at this brand. They were very accommodating and helpful with our party at all hours of the stay. We stood on a weekend so no construction noises experienced. The fridge was full sized and clean and has an ice maker you activate on your own. Bring your own Utensils, dishware, and cooking equipment if using the kitchenette. They supply towels shampoo conditioner and body wash. Loved the make up remover wipes too. Only thing that was weird was...

'Do not book this hotel through Expedia. I booked days in advance, paid upfront and drove two hours for the hotel to claim Expedia cancelled my room and Expedia says the hotel cancelled it. It would have been nice if either one had told me. No notice or anything. And I had to ask for my money back.'

'The place is old and needs general maintenance. However, large, Clean room except rug had many stains. Breakfast was the same daily, very good and hot. Staff were welcoming. Air condition loud but got use to it the second night. Location was great. Fast commute to north Charlotte areas. Shops in walking distance.'
