In the main house you will find 2 bedrooms, a newly designed kitchen with air conditioning plus a TV/sitting room to sit and relax with a good book or complimentary glass of port. There is also a bathroom, laundry, separate toilet and enclosed side veranda with second toilet.
The air-conditioned studio has a further 2 double bedrooms and charming open and airy lounge area with large screen TV, piano and a multitude of games and puzzles to entertain. It also features a pine table seating ten for family or friends to gather.
The rustic covered outdoor area has a corner bench seat plus outdoor table and chairs for entertaining. Fresh herbs and fruit trees can be found throughout the garden.

Location Just off Jetty Road, a short walk from the township of Normanville.

Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioner to kitchen, plus oil bar heater in the sitting room. Reverse cycle air conditioner to studio.
Pets: Pets Negotiable (a $200 pet bond will be added if approved)
Fenced: Fully Enclosed Yard
Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and the cost is included in your rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
