« All we needed for the night »

« The property is awesome! We all loved it. Very roomy for all 18 of our kids and grandchildren. The only issue we had was the WiFi went out the third day of our 6 day stay and the property manager's response was that he didn't know anything about the internet and since we had young people, they could probably figure it out. Not an appropriate response in my opinion and therefore we went without for the last three days. Not the end of the world. I still recommend this place to anyone. »

« We stayed one night and realized that the air conditioner was frozen up with ice. I sent a text to the manager about it and he responded within a couple minutes. He came right over to take care of it. Very prompt and polite. The only negative thing was we found a dirty sock in the bathroom under the floorboard radiator that was not ours.
