'The room was huge. Staff was helpful. I had all the comforts I needed. The breakfast was good, there was cookies & gravy. I enjoyed my stay. A good location if you want to go to the Black Hills one day and the Devil's Tower the other day.'

She called Expedia to get our payment information, and we were so impressed by her professionalism and respectful tone as she spoke with the agent on the phone. 'Enjoyed the stay at BW Devils Tower Inn! Rooms was good, and we all enjoyed the hotel pool after our drive from Badlands NP. Hotel is conveniently located for visiting Devils Tower in the morning on our way to Cody. The town is small, but found a nice restaurant in walkung distance. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! '

'Bear lodge was a cozy little place near Devil's tower Wyoming. The parking was a little complicated but we were able to park right in front of our door - we just had to be careful backing out.The motel receptionist recommended a local bar for a late supper. We had a wonderful meal and hung out with the locals, listening to music and shooting the breeze! One of our favorite stops on our 4 week road trip '

'So we had checked into the red lion there AC in the hall motel was not working and my husband passed out and ended up in ICU. I called the Alamo talked with Carrie when we got to the Alamo she had went above and beyond she had a room ready and waiting for us early and she had the AC on and running in our room for my husband, even though he didn’t get to enjoy it because he was in ICU, but her thoughtfulness was above and beyond and had also reached out and said anybody else in our party because...

'Er was wat fout gegaan bij de boeking, een verkeerde kamer... Personeel was nu niet echt bereidwillig om het e.e.a,. te corrigeren. De schuld werd direct bij Hotels.com gelegd. Het extra bed dat geleverd werd [de kamer had te weinig bedden] was ook nog eens stuk. Uiteindelijk werd dat wel weer vervangen door een betere. Niet echt goed geslapen dus...'
