« The staff was very helpful at the Hampton Inn New Albany location, particularly the person who checked us in. Our room was clean; however, the bed was not complete. There were clean sheets folded neatly on the bed, but the bed was not made. We were promptly helped by the front desk staff member, who seemed to be working alone. She was apologetic and made our bed herself. »

« I highly recommend choosing this Holiday Inn Express- in Tupelo, MS !! the moment we set foot in the hotel I knew it would be a great experience. Very clean, and smelled nice with modern style.
