'The front staff checking in was not helpful and had a little attitude about nothing, but the staff on duty when I checked out was fabulous. The drink stations were not kept up. Coffee was out, sugar was everywhere, that area looked dirty. The gaming floor was clean and they do have plenty of games to play. I spend a lot of time at Choctaw Casinos so was really excited to try Cherokee, but from this experience, I will probably stick to Choctaw if I am wanting a weekend getaway but wouldnt mind...

'Extremely disappointed by the overall experience here. First, the bathroom in the main lobby had poop all over the women’s toilet. Absolutely disgusting to see. Then the rooms were ridiculously loud above and around us. I had to ask for help to quiet the guests around 8 times and NOTHING came from it. 'Just a place to sleep. Old, remodeled motel with lots to do to bring it to Wyndham standards. '

'Breakfast was really good and staff friendly. Parking good and several spots to park. Pool was not open and would have been nice to just sit outside. Only issue was the floor above us (RM107) we could hear a dog running back and forth on floor and early this morning around 6:30am the dog started barking while we were trying to sleep. '
