'Great view. Hated that the 5th floor bar was open to the public. Half of the front desk staff were unfriendly. They other half were courteous and helpful. Waitress at breakfast went out of her way to interact with my 5 year old and was the highlight of our visit.'

'The room was disgusting I'm so mad that we even stayed I should have demanded my money back I have pictures of my sons sheets they were dirty I called the front desk they made me change the sheets! I'm not employed there! And the bathroom had pubic hair and pee all around the toilet I had to clean up if your going to get a room just go to the holiday inn they are the same price and much cleaner and better '

'When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...
