Hotelresorts in Noord-Vietnam

'Vriendelijk personeel, maar de meesten spraken geen tot nauwelijks Engels. Fijne grote kamers maar het zwembad was klein.'

'親切なスタッフ'

'The property is on a beautiful land and our two bedrooms private bungalow is spacious and very nice decorated. Lot of bugs but that meant we were next to the nature. The service is very good. Food is only okay but we weren’t there for food. '

'Knowing that this was a newly opened hotel, we expected some quirks and ongoing improvements. But it is easy to see that this place is special and that the management and team from the manager, to reception to room attendants are well trained, very professional and eager to please. The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....

'Un excelente servicio y la habitación 10/10'

'The workers (2 young men) who worked in the reception and kitchen were overly nice friendly and super helpful. The retreat is very beautiful and lust but it’s so far from the Tam Coc main city, very excluded and quiet property. The bungalow we stayed in was nice but small. We stayed in the 1st one of the 3 bungalows in the same section. The AC didn’t work well and the drain in the restroom smell so badly. The balcony to view the pond is nice but so small we didn’t go out there plus it was so...

'Heel gezellig en goed onderhouden mini resort met een aantal kamers. Zwembad was alleen erg warm en we misten een kluis op de kamer. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader. '

'Ville De Mont Mountain Resort is truly a one-of-a-kind luxury experience in Sapa. The architecture is stunning and unique, blending beautifully with the surrounding mountains and creating a signature style you won’t find anywhere else. The views are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the panoramic mountain scenery feels almost unreal. Every corner of the resort is designed to maximize that incredible natural beauty. What really makes the stay unforgettable is the staff. The service is...

'Hotel dans un beau site , chambre propre et spacieuse, piscine a 38 degrés . Le personnel est accueillant et dévoué. Madame "J " est adorable aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Une belle rencontre......'

'Beautiful resort retreat and very helpful staff. A perfect location for exploring Ba Vi National Park.'
