'cute little loft, was super clean. loved that there was a washer/dryer and full size fridge & freezer with ice. wifi was slow & spotty but there was board games to keep us entertained'

'NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. The temperature outside was 42 degrees F in the morning. That day while we were away someone came and turned on the heat and entered our apartment and turned the thermostat down. 'Great property for 1 person or a couple. Had everything you needed. The host is wonderful and the goats and chickens were a nice surprise. Only thing that was not explained enough was it does not have central air conditioning, just a window unit in bedroom that did not cool the whole apartment. Was only a there to sleep, so worked for me.'

'Lovely property, but photos don't show how close it is to the busy road. Also, the intermediary agency isn't up to date on the entry to the unit or the unit's items.'

'This was a great place to stay. It is as described, easy to get in and out, and the hosts were very communicative.'

'Very lovely space in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located and walkable to many local restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. Highly recommended.'

'It was clean and we didn't do anything but sleep since we got there at 11:30 pm.'

'The description of this rental is wildly inaccurate. It is a basement apartment in the rear of the building. Description on VRBO shows a different photo and describes the unit as “sunlit”. Not true. The bldg is run down and noisy. Certainly not worth the .'

'A very nicely designed space over a pub that was a little noisy on a Friday night stay. A Nice overall setting though .'

'Had an enjoyable stay! Felt very safe, area was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Winooski was a short drive away, as well as downtown Burlington. Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again'

'Host wasn’t responsive The bedroom fan/cooler was not functioning, was too hot during the night to sleepEasy check in, great location, dedicated parking'
