'First time stay at Sonoran Sea Resort. Pleasantly pleased with the amenities provided and the cleanliness of the property. Every staff member was friendly. Had just the right amount of people on the property to where it wasn’t too crowded. I gave a 3 star for communication. 1. had a question regarding payment to management few weeks before leaving and they never responded, asked again through VRBO and eventually was able to communicate my concerns with management. 'Room was clean and very well put together. Beautiful views, and a fully equipped kitchen for longer stays. Great amenities at the hotel despite the construction, which was only during the day and was not a bother at all.'

'Can’t count on having water when you need it. As in, water stopped flowing in the middle of my shower. My son was using the other bathroom and he decided to finish his shower using the public shower by the pool next to the beach. Can’t count on water to flush toilets, wash hands, run dishwasher or washing machine when you need it. This isn’t a ‘Mexico’ problem either. 'If you want the true rocky point experience, this is a great place to stay. You are in the heart of malecon and basically on top of all of the best restaurants, shops and clubs. The house itself is in a great gated common area that felt safe and had plenty of areas to enjoy the weather from. This is how to experience the real rocky point vs a resort.'
