'We only stayed two nights but it was the most comfortable bed we had stayed in for the past couple of weeks. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. The hotel is designed and decorated very nicely. Very picture worthy. Food options in restauarant are good but the one night we had dinner there it took 45 minutes to get the food and the spaghetti bolognese was not good. The tomato sauce very sour and the meat hard and flavorless. The staff said they had a staffing issue in the kitchen so I...

'Je wordt door het personeel opgelicht wanneer je een taxi wilt gaan bestellen. Wat normaal 200 bath kost, wil het hotel het dubbele. Wij stonden 4 uur s nachts op straat omdat we niet mee eens waren met de prijs naar het vliegveld. '

'The GR room and bathroom were clean and large. The staff friendly and efficient with good English. The hotel is just 100m from the Nan river with easy access to the centre and places of interest. The lift , shower, lighting, frig, tv all operated well with good cupboard space, a desk and chairs. The buffet breakfast is excellent the diner menu is also very good. I can recommend the GR hotel it is good value and situated in a quiet area with a large car park.'
