'First, the positives. The beds were great and comfortable, the price was cheap and once you got in to the property, it was safe. Second, the negatives. Located right near to the property was a casino, with the sign missing a couple of letters. Sitting outside was about 4 or 5 homeless people. We were approached by a couple of them, but it was not a problem. Once we got in the room, we noticed the only window in the property was small with a dirty screen that was bent and left a small...

'Very convenient location for taking the Agawa Canyon train tour. Apartment was clean and bed comfortable. Neighborhood was rather busy late into the night.'

'When I arrived, I was disgusted by the appearance of the exterior of the property… and actually “afraid” to check in. Paint was peeling off of the exterior and the property was completely unkept!! I did not even check in, but was hoping the owner would refund me ~ for their inaccurate listing! It is actually a rooming house or multi unit rental property of some sort with multiple hydrometers outside. The owners chose not to refund my stay. Shame on them! Truly!! Thankfully EXPEDIA did...

'Wonderful place that's massive yet cozy, centrally located on a main intersection yet quiet. Stayed there while visiting family for Christmas and it was exactly what my partner and I needed. Would recommend and will stay again.'
