'Apartment was clean, sheets nice white and crisp, kitchen had everything you need, TV was good (lots of rain so that helped lol)....Communication was very good and lovely staff who changed our room to downstairs and allowed us into room at 11.30am instead of the usual 2pm....2nd time we've stayed here and will definitely stay again....'

'This place has all the aspects that could make it a winner. It's in a great spot, it has a nice distillery behind it, and it's a walk to town. Unfortunately the management is letting this place go big time. Mouldy windows, mouldy shower, big brown stains on blankets, unusable wifi, general maintenance and cleaning seems non existent. The tiled floors we gross sticky also. It's barely three stars, we never saw a staff member the entire time for check-in or out either.'

'Second time staying at this hotel, and it was again an excellent experience. Rooms feel fresh and new still, very clean and have a nice warm feel. The location is very handy to the beach, nice cafes and Sunshine Plaza. It’s also perfect for people who just need a comfortable place to sleep rather than a full resort-style stay, as the rooms are on the smaller side but very well designed. Will definitely stay here again and think it’s excellent value.'

'Brand new hotel with a nice ambience. However not a fan of open plan hotel room as in no door or wall for the bathroom. The shower cubicle and the toilet cubicle each have a frosted glass door but that’s all. The “wardrobe” is open area hanging rack. The roof top pool is nice but woefully small area for the size of the hotel. Bar area on level 12 is really nice. Watermelon and goats cheese salad is excellent.'

'Excellent location right on the beach, with a huge heated pool as well as many other amenities. Nice walkway in a wooded setting along the beach.Shopping nearby. Our room was quite small, but there are others to choose from. Noise may be an issue as we had a couple of frisky game playing younger set next door. The TV system is bewilderingly complex, and after we gave up the tech guy (who came right away) advised a component was faulty. The complexity remained, however.'
