This is a fantastic location. Right next to Boca Catalina beach. Excellent room layouts, we had plenty of room for our 8 adults and 8 children. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool in between trips to Arishi and Boca Catalina beaches. Both are withing easy walking. Boca Catalina is across the street. Yoli did an heroic effort to keep the kids supplied with beach towels and keep the place clean. Not all the burners in the grill were working. We let them know and the next day they showed up with a new grill. It worked great!AC worked very well in all the rooms and the main house. We had a lot of fun and highly recommend.

The perfect vacation home!

This was a much anticipated family vacation. We took our kids and grandkids to Aruba. There were 14 of us. This vacation home was perfect in every way. The apartments were perfect to accommodate the 7 teenage boys and one teenage girl who got a room to herself! The adults stayed in the main house with ample space. There is privacy along with a perfect gathering place around the beautiful pool with a covered porch nearby. We loved the rooftop deck with great views of Arashi Beach. I could say a lot more but will let you have room to imagine. Yoli is the on sight caretaker and she is amazing. We were able to communicate in spite of a language barrier with the translator on Yoli’s phone. This is a perfect place for multiple families!!

Wonderful stay!

The home was clean and provided plenty of room for my family of 12. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor grill and enough rooms to have some privacy. Staff was quick when we needed something and very pleasant!

Stayed at this spacious home with numerous amenities (pool, hot tub, rooftop deck, grill, outdoor kitchen with ice machine) over the 4th of July week. Amazing property and even better location steps from Arashi Beach! Check in was simple and property manager was in communication from the moment we landed and throughout the trip. Description is a 7BR house, it's actually a 3BR house with 4 separate apartments...perfect for a family or large group as the property has large gathering spaces but private space so you're not on top of each other. Will be back. Book without hesitation.

Overall, the property was average. The property itself has great potential, however, needs maintenance. There were knats throughout the main house, one of the apartments had a strong odor of cigarette smoke and there was animal fur on the couch. For the cost of the property my group expected much more. The property is located minutes away from downtown night life and restaurants and a beach is across the street, which was perfect.

The best house on the island

This was the second year we have rented this property for our annual vacation and it was absolutely amazing. The house is perfect for large groups and the location can’t be beat !! We will not even look at other homes to consider for our trip because this one checks all the boxes. A five star experience was had by all !!

Better than Amazing

The pictures do not do this house justice at all and the staff from Vacation Aruba were wonderful. If something was needed they provided it. Also, Yoli, who takes care of the property was the biggest gem of it all. She was so warm and helpful with so many things. It would take me too long to list. Thank you to everyone, it truly was a memorable experience for all of us.

40th Birthday Trip

I usually don't write reviews but I had to leave a review here for this property. From beginning to end my entire trip was amazing. Before arrival i needed help woth a rental and a chef. The owner supplied the info needed. Let me say the chef recommended provided a 5 star service! I had a group of 12. The host met us at the house upon arrival along with the housekeeper. Yoli the housekeeper lives on the property she helps keep the property clean and will also wash any laundry you have. The beach was literally across the street. This property is in a perfect location for the night life and any other activities you may want to participate in. If in Aruba again I will definitely book this house again.

Perfect Vacation House

Outdoor paradise

Online the property is beautiful, the outdoor oasis is beautiful and was the perfect getaway for our family of 13. The main house itself needs some work, the bathrooms have a lot of wasted space , the toilet in the master was not set properly and was very wobbly. The shower only gave you hot or cold….no warm water. The other bedrooms need to have some flooring work it was very loose and lifting in the transition from bathroom to bedroom. We had planned to cook most meals at the house but for the size of the house it was very sparse in the kitchen, and for the beautiful outdoor space there were no unbreakable dishes or cups. There was definitely a strong odor in 2 of the apartments and a gnats in the apartment . We contacted the manager and took care of the septic which caused the smell , but the gnats Remained. We made the best of these situations and didn’t let it effect our time together but for the price of this property there should not be loose floors that could be a tripping danger or loose plumbing and holes in the walls with exposed wires. Yoli the caretaker was great, very helpful.

The absolute best house on the island

Our group has been coming to Aruba for 8 years now and this house by far was the best place we have stayed in. Fantastic for large groups and you can’t beat the location !! The overall experience was amazing and we will most definitely book it again

Worth every penny

I've been to Aruba 8 times, so I went into this rental knowing the neighborhood and where we were renting, If you're just stumbling onto this rental, it's located steps from the best snorkeling on the island - Boca Catalina, and just a short walk from Arashi Beach, a popular hangout for people staying in hotels looking for a fun spot off campus. The house is also a very short car ride from the California lighthouse - so bottom line is that this house is in literally the best and most expensive neighborhood in Aruba. On the house - it was awesome. We had a large group, 15 family members. Best feature is that 4 of the 7 bedrooms are located in an attached apartment style unit connected by a massive outdoor space...so it felt like you were in a resort hotel where everyone had their own private space. The home comes with a live-in housekeeper as well, she will do your laundry and help clean up the kitchen's, and she has clean towers and linens all neatly organized in the laundry room off the kitchen of the main house. Joli doesn't really speak english so just be patient or have your google translate at the ready to communicate with her. Thankfully we had some spanish speakers in our group, and we invited Joli to Christmas dinner while we were there...she quickly became family to us! Outdoor space is great - huge pool, hottub, outdoor kitchen with nice grill (Joli cleans the grille too!). There's a pool table as well. You could hang out outside and probably be content to just sit there for a week - FYI i left my amazon echo there on the counter - if you get to enjoy it, you're welcome! Quick tip to newbies to arube considering renting this house - a car rental is essential. It's easy to food shop at super food - and you're super close to the high rise hotel area so there's plenty of shopping, restaurants and stuff to do for a quick 4 minute drive from the home. We rented Jeep's and drove the dunes near lighthouse beach and tore up the trails on the way to the natural pool and caves (must see). anyone - could go on forever, needless to say...couldnt be happier with the home - only complaint is that it's not cheap (i scooped it up as a new listing for a 20% discount!). Mom’s Aruba Getaway

The property and accommodations were excellent and the team that worked with us were very attentive. Two beaches within 2-3 minute walk, grocery store and shops 5-10 minute drive, golf course nearby. We had 10 adults and had more than enough room. Beds very comfortable. Laundry is done by the housekeeper who lives above. Due to COVID not much in the way of leftover spices etc. Grill was cleaned after each use and pool cleaned twice during the week. Overall very much recommended.

Excellent Stay

We had an amazing time in Aruba and the house was a big part of that. The backyard is spacious and resort like. When not enjoying the ocean we were poolside using the outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice accommodation for a large group with plenty of space. Private resort close to beach.

We had our family stay for a week to attend a wedding at the Ritz. The house was beautiful with plenty of common space and a wonderful outdoor area including pool, outdoor kitchen/bar and covered living space. The rooftop deck was spectacular for sunset and viewing. The on-site housekeeper was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing property, amazing week!

As annual repeat visitors to Aruba, my husband and I invited 5 other couples to join us this year. We rented the entire property and had a fantastic experience. Any questions we had during our stay were quickly answered and the caretaker helped make sure we had clean towels and other minor essentials. All of the rooms and apartments were spotless and well-furnished. The pool was absolutely beautiful and we spent many mornings and evenings in the outdoor eating/lounge area. Beautiful Arashi beach was a short 5 minute walk from the house and world class snorkeling at Boca Catalina was even closer. Sunrises and sunsets viewed from the rooftop terrace were also a highlight. We would definitely recommend this property for larger groups or even single apartment rentals if you didn’t mind sharing the outdoor space with other guests. As a result of our great experience, all 12 people in our group can say they had One Happy Vacation on One Happy Island!

Easy check in and check out. Managent was extremely flexible to accommodate our needs and met us at property. Extremely comfortable for a large group. Privacy for private events in an exclusive neighborhood. Amazing sunsets from roof top. Walking distance to Arashi beach and lighthouse. I would rent it again in a heartbeat!!!

Aruba Family Fun

This house is great for a large group with plenty of space for all of our grown ups and their children. The pool was recently renovated and beautiful. There were some new appliances in the kitchen and a great large dining table. The outdoor kitchen with a commercial grade ice maker is a definite plus. The outdoor space is fabulous. There is even an undercover pool table! A great beach is about two blocks walking distance for which the house provides beach chairs and towels. There is a Spanish speaking housekeeper who lives on site who can answer most questions using Google translate. There were a couple of issues which were addressed promptly that related to plumbing and gas. Aruba has waste tanks that must be pumped out like many islands. Also there is tank gas for cooking. If one runs out, the other must be turned on. It was suggested to the property manager that having this information upon arrival would have been helpful. The property manager and support staff we’re highly communicative and responsive.
