'We had a wonderful stay. Jim was always available and was on top of everything. Had books of recommendations. House couldn’t be in a better location. Wake up and see the Gulf with dolphins swimming while having your morning coffee is how every morning should start. House was great and held 2 families of 4 very comfortably. Pool was great and right next to the house. We felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Loved our stay and will definitely come again. '

'Home was as advertised. Very quiet and less than a mile to manasota beach. House is well furnished. I did bring my own keurig and beach wagon. Pool is well maintained and big. The house could easily sleep 8 or more people so it was a little big for 3 of us. Neighbors are quiet. Would stay here again'

'### Review for Pat and Jack on VRBO Our stay at Pat and Jack's place was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-equipped the unit was. It had everything we needed—chairs, umbrellas, a fully stocked kitchen, utensils, sunscreen, bug spray, and even towels. The beach is just steps away, making it super convenient for daily visits. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees right from the shore, plus we had a great time hunting for shark teeth...

'This is the second time in a year that we have rented this home. It is so well kept, clean and supplies wirh all you need for a trip to the beach. The host is very attentive to any issues that might pop up, dealing with them that day. I would highly recommend this home and host.'

'We had never been to Sarasota before and were thrilled with the location of this Vacation Rental. Walking/biking (Legacy Trail) distance to parks, groceries, and museums on a quiet dead end street. Easy access to beaches, theaters, and friends on various Keys. The home itself was super clean and comfortable supplied with everything we might need. The owner was exceptionally respectful of our privacy and immediately responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.'

"Groot, luxe hotel met vriendelijke ontvangst. Groot parkeerterrein. Grote kamer met breed, fijn bed en goede kussens. Grote TV met veel zenders, magnetron en koelkast aanwezig. Geen kluisje. Volop aflegmogelijkheden. Grote bank en zitje aanwezig. Superfijne en stille airco. Veel stopcontacten. Snelle wifi. Ruime badkamer met dubbele wastafels. Douche in bad en schuifbaar douchescherm. Gratis badartikelen. Elke dag schone handdoeken en schoonmaken van de kamer. We wilden graag 1 dagje naar het strand en we kregen strandstoeltjes, Parasol en strandhandoeken aangeboden. Buitenzwembad aanwezig. Ontbijt is in een gezellige ruimte en is vrij uitgebreid met verse wafels en pancakes."
