Located just 10 minutes away from Nokomis beach at Casey Key, and 5 minutes to the Oscar Scherer State Park. You have easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and services like banks and grocery stores.
The home has two bethrooms that can sleep a total of 5 people with one full bathroom. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, garage with space for one car, lanai area, large pool with its own slide and Jacuzzi. The pool has an electric heat pump.
Beautiful Mediterranean home with a private caged pool. Tile floors throughout. You are minutes away from Nokomis Beach, Venice Beach and the world renowned Siesta Key Beach, as well as shopping, restaurants, parks, golf, library and hospital, all within a few minutes driving distance.

The Home: Whether you stay one week or all season in our Nokomis home, your visit will be comfortable, relaxing and memorable! The floor plan provides multiple views and easy access to the caged pool & Lanai through French doors. The pool lanai area is fully furnished with tables, and lounging chairs. Both bedrooms offer closets. The spacious Living room is equipped with comfortable seating and flat screen TV . WI-FI is available throughout the house. The kitchen has a pantry and a breakfast bar complete with stools.
Washer and Dryer available for your convenience.

Boating enthusiasts will be happy to know that there is a marina located within a few miles of the home where boaters can launch into Florida's Intracoastal Waterway where boaters are usually greeted by dolphin and other types of marine life. Nokomis is located just minutes away from two cities: to the South is Venice, and to the North is Sarasota.

In Venice, you can enjoy the quaint, quiet 'Old Florida' feel of downtown Venice with it's palm tree lined streets and charming shops and restaurants. The 'Island' of Venice may be small in size but it has all of the amenities of larger cities including a hospital, an art center, an award winning community theater and weekly concerts in one of its many parks. And, of course, there is plenty of golf.
To the north, beautiful cosmopolitan Sarasota is renowned for its world class beaches and endless shopping and cultural opportunities. Gourmet restaurants abound along with the internationally acclaimed Ringling Museums and Van Wezel performing arts theatre.

In the spirit of good neighborly relationships, I ask you to please follow this noise guidance to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

If you have children, please ask them not to be too loud in the pool area. High pitch screaming and yelling, for example.
After 9:00 pm, please know that some neighbors may be going to bed. We would appreciate it if you try to be as quiet as possible when using the pool and jacuzzi after this time of the night.
