Villa in Nieuwvliet near Beach Resort

The modern, luxury Nieuwvliet Bad Beach Resort is still under construction.

Recently, two new types of detached, modern accommodations have been added to our offer, spread out over the resort.

There's a 6-person ground-floor lodge (NL-4504-28) with three bedrooms, two of which with two single box-spring beds each and one with a bunk bed. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. There's a Smart TV in the living room. There's one bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. In the storage room, there's a washing machine and a dryer. There's parking space for one car at the lodge.

There also is an 8-person villa (NL-4504-29). On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with Smart TV, an open plan kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with two single beds. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. There are two bathrooms with shower and a separate toilet. One of the bathrooms features an infrared sauna. There's a washing machine and a dryer. There's parking space for two cars directly at the villa.

Both accommodations are fully furnished, in a modern and comfortable way. The open kitchen is fully equipped. a combination microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. You'll have a Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle at your disposal. All beds, apart from the bunk beds, are single box-spring beds, either pushed together in a double-bed setup, or left as two separate beds. All accommodations offer free WiFi. Outside, you'll find a garden and a furnished terrace.

The swimming pool will be closed for annual maintenance from Monday 1 December 2025 until Friday 5 December 2025 at 15:00.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures.
