Villa's in Niceville

'This stay was what we were looking for! Plenty of pools in the neighborhood and the beach is a short walk across the street. What I loved about this property is that it is very convenient and very walkable. 'Excellent house, in a prime location. Everything was well-appointed and new. Very easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. The cart that is included with the house makes everything much easier and convenient. The beach accessories were a definite bonus. Highly recommend and would visit again.'

'Destin Gem is everything and more than you expect for a vacation home. Sherrie is a wonderful host. The house has everything you need for an awesome vacation. The beach accesss is practically across the street but having the golf cart helped with bringing anything you would wan to bring to the beach.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The house provide us with everything that was listed and much more. The location was perfect, very closed to the beach and the pool. The host is very helpful to give us information of our stay, responded promptly to our questions. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others. Forgot to mention that the price was very reasonable compared to other condos around same area.'

'We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better house for our group. The home was beautiful, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of bedrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. The outdoor pool area was a huge highlight and the perfect place to relax and spend time together. Overall, this is the perfect house for a large group, and we would absolutely stay here again!'

'We only needed the rental for one night, but it was very clean and the communication was excellent!'
