You will find a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette to prepare your meals, and a functional shower room. Haut-de-Cagnes is a charming hilltop village, known for its picturesque streets, artistic atmosphere, artists' studios, and the Grimaldi Castle, which offers exceptional views of the Mediterranean. You can enjoy the terraces, explore local galleries, or take part in the many events organized in the village. Small shops such as a bakery, grocery store, and cafés are just a few minutes' walk away.



The studio is only a few minutes from the beaches of Cagnes-sur-Mer, easily accessible thanks to a free shuttle connecting the village to the seafront and city center. Public transport and the train station allow you to easily reach Nice, Antibes, Saint-Paul de Vence, or Cannes. Public parking is located close to the accommodation.
