Goed gelegen hotel, op een kwartiertje wandelen van de Promenade des Anglais. In de straat van het hotel is een tramhalte, waar je gemakkelijk de tram naar de luchthaven kan nemen. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en het hotel is proper. Aanrader!

We enjoyed the quiet stroll through this clean neighborhood. It’s a short walk-through lovely shopping districts to The sea. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. The rooms were aesthetically, appealing, and many had nice views. I definitely stay here again for its quiet, elegant simplicity.

Great value with friendly staff and convenient location to shopping and beach. The water bottles in the rooms are refilled nightly but are not washed when they give you new ones. The pillows are harder than normal.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was beautiful, but a little tired. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, and there was some kind of a smell from the plumbing in our bathroom. However, overall, it was a nice property in a nice area that is very walkable to everything in Nice. I would recommend it to others.

The door to our room would not properly close. After leaving several times and making sure the door was closed, we came back to the door left open as if we were broken into. This was not during housekeeping hours either. This happened 3 times during our stay. Location was great and expected a little better from the hotel.

Room was bigger than we expected with a great bathroom. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. No air conditioning in the room but luckily it’s not too hot yet. The hotel is in a quiet area which feels safe but still near to the beach and easy walk to central and old Nice. Less than 5 minutes walk to a main metro stop. Staff were friendly and polite. Would recommend and would happily stay here again

I am giving 1 Star just because my International flight got cancelled and I was not able to stay in hotel. But when I reached out to Hotel to consider refund (even partial refund as Hotel was booked for 3 days) they refused to consider any options. I end up loosing close $1000 for my booking.

Stayed for 4 nights, hotel was perfect. Rooms, very clean, spacious, well equipped. Restaurant - breakfast options were good. Staff all exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here a couple of times now. Very comfortable and while it’s very close to the main tramway interchange (which goes to the airport and train station) it’s in a quiet spot. A few minutes easy walk from a bunch of restaurants and bars.

Based on other reviews it seems this property's WiFi has been problematic for some time and it was no different for our stay. When it worked it was slow. To the point of being almost unusable. Other than that we loved the location and the hotel was pretty good.

I stayed in room 54. A comfort double. Room was very clean. I had a small balcony which had a great view. Because it was high up there was no noise problem. Breakfast was good even for a gluten free diet. Staff friendly. If you’re a tea drinker, bring some of your own. There is a kettle and small fridge. Really easy to get to from the airport. Nice safe feeling area. I was travelling solo and able to walk to many places
