Located in the Jean Médecin district, in the heart of Nice, this studio places you at the centre of everything: shops, restaurants, cinemas, transport and entertainment. You can easily radiate towards the Promenade des Anglais, the old town, the castle hill or even take the train to explore the surrounding area (Antibes, Monaco, etc.).



LIVING SPACE



Bright and well-arranged, the studio features a main room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a dining area, storage spaces, a television, Wi-Fi, as well as air conditioning and electric heating for your comfort in all seasons. A washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer are also provided.



COOKING



The open-plan kitchen, American-style, is fully equipped: ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils. Everything is planned to make you feel at home.



BATHROOM



Functional, the bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin with storage furniture, and a toilet.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• On time

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
